Today, I created positive affirmations you can say to start your day. Why? I believe creating a positive atmosphere for ourselves every morning is a great way to begin. You can start your day with phrases like, “I believe” or “I am”, that way, we are setting our attitude for the things we have to do. Starting the day with positive affirmations not only helps us mentally, but it also translates through our body and especially our soul.
I am no identity coach or legal professional. However, I come from a lot of trials and errors and this is by far the most effective way to start creating mental, physical, and spiritual change. Reciting positive affirmations only work if you put your heart and mind through the words you’re saying. Just saying them is beautiful as well, but really disciplining yourself and meaning them from the bottom of your heart creates a greater manifestation.
I come from a faith that believes in the power of the words we speak, whether it’s to ourselves or towards others. Jesus was a great example of the things you say really have the power to come to life. Which is why Jesus was so powerful. He wasn’t afraid to speak hard truths and believe in God for a miracle. He spoke up and what He said came to existence.
That is what we need to do for ourselves too! Instead of talking about how wrong a situation played out, start thinking about what lessons you learned from it. Instead of telling yourself you can’t do something, go do it and see where it leads you.
And so, here are positive affirmations you can say to yourself as you start your day. Print it out or write it down and stick it on your wall. As you start sticking to this journey, you will see amazing results and possibly even learn something new about yourself.

After reading this list, I was honestly so blessed! Being able to feel, love, and appreciate ourselves and what goes around us is a gift. However, these positive affirmations are just half the battle. Start believing, creating, and inventing. Start your day off right with a great breakfast and a morning cup of tea (because tea is healthier than coffee). Be confident, even when you lack confidence from within you.
I believe God has an amazing plan for your life. Start understanding that for yourself and speak into existence your calling and purpose. I’m on this journey with you too!
